How we checked the dates

We checked the dates on Oct 21, 2026 against the IRS employment tax due dates page, the ATO BAS due dates page and the CRA remittance page. For the US, Canada and Australia, when a date lands on a weekend we moved it to the next business day. For the UK we checked the GOV.UK Self Assessment deadlines page, the GOV.UK page on paying employers PAYE and the HMRC VAT accounting manual, and show dates as HMRC states them, including Sunday Jan 31, 2027.

This is a general guide, not tax advice. Local holidays and disaster relief can move a date, so confirm yours before you rely on it.
