Senvora is an outsourced bookkeeping and financial operations firm serving growing businesses and CPA firms across the US, UK, UAE, and Australia. We build and run documented financial operating models and structured workflows for bookkeeping, reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting that produce consistent, reliable results every cycle. Most financial operations don't break because of complexity. They break because there's no documented system underneath them. Senvora fixes the system, not just the symptoms.
We work closely with founders and teams to ensure they always have visibility into their numbers, without needing to chase updates or deal with last-minute surprises. The goal is simple. To create a financial system that supports better decisions, smoother operations, and long-term stability.
CEO & Founder
Aryan Patel is the founder and operating principal of Senvora. Working directly across bookkeeping, financial operations, and back-office support for businesses in the US, UK, UAE, and Australia, Aryan built Senvora around a single observation: most financial operations fail for the same reasons in the same places, not because of bad people, but because of missing systems.
Before founding Senvora, Aryan worked directly with ecommerce brands, SaaS companies, professional services firms, and CPA practices across multiple jurisdictions, supporting everything from daily bookkeeping and bank reconciliations to full month-end close cycles and financial reporting. Senvora is the operating model that came out of that work, documented, reviewed, separated, and built to run consistently whether the engagement is a single-entity startup or a multi-jurisdiction CPA client portfolio.
Certified in QuickBooks Online. Experienced across NetSuite, Sage, Zoho Books, Gusto, Deel, and ADP.
Three principles run through every engagement. Not slogans. How we make decisions when something is ambiguous.
The deliverable isn’t a report. It’s a documented workflow that produces the report on schedule, every cycle, regardless of who’s on it.
A predictable five-day close is more valuable than an occasional three-day one. We optimise for the boring cycle, not the impressive month.
Once a number is reported, it’s reviewed, signed off, final. No silent restatements, no quiet adjustments after the dashboard ships.
Senvora exists to be the operating model finance teams reach for when they need to scale without drama, the same way engineering teams adopted SRE practices and customer support adopted ticketed workflows.
That means investing in playbooks, in reviewer training, in tooling that surfaces exceptions early, and in the discipline of doing the boring things on time, every time.
Every workflow has an owner, a checklist, and a defined output. Nothing runs in someone’s head.
Same close day, same report day, same review loop. Plan around it.
Status weekly, exceptions immediately, surprises never. You always know what’s in flight.
Reviewer separation, escalation paths, continuity if any one person is out. The work doesn’t depend on heroics.
A 30-minute call to map your workflow and decide whether Senvora is the right partner. No pitch theatre.
